A: You only have to make deposit (99 US$) when you make a reservation by Card through Onepay payment portal! The balance will be settled upon arrival Hanoi or one day before cruise departure (By cash or Cards).

Q: Do I need to pay the deposit & how much?

A: The deposit is required to secure your booking (Cruises & Transfers) At Tourshalong.com, only 99 US$ is required to deposit! The balance will be settled upon arrive at Hanoi, one day before departure where our representative will meet you or alternatively before hand by online payment.

Q: When will I receive Booking Confirmation?

A: Whenever we receive your booking included deposit (99 US$)! Tourshalong.com`s staff will issue official Booking Confirmation immediately & send to you via email! In the peak season, it takes around 24 hours or 48 hours if weekend time! But surely 100% your booking will be confirmed by Tourshalong.com after you make reservation & deposit!

Q: How is ONEPAY secured?

A: OnePAY payment engine is similar to Paypal. It is approved by MasterCard Corp for this payment collection on behalf of Legend Travel Group. OnePAY uses SSL Verisign® over internet transaction under 3D-Secure program by International card organizations so you have peace of mind that your card information is never disclosed. OnePAY payment portal also meets standards of international financial system such as PCI DSS of PCI Security Standards Council, 3D-Secure of Visa, MasterCard, JCB and Amex.

Q: How can I make deposit through ONEPAY?

A: OnePAY payment portal accepts payment by Visa, Master, Amex, JCB, UnionPay When you make the reservation successfully our booking system will transfer to Checkout; you can make the deposit following the step by step guidelines.

Q: When do I have to settle the remaining balance?

A: You only have to settle the balance one day before departure! We will come until your hotel to collect in case you want to settle the balance by cash! Otherwise, we will send to you the payment form link! You will settle the balance by one click to pay by Card through the Onepay payment portal. The same process with deposit!

Q: How Credit Card refunds work?

A: All credit card refunds will be processed in timely manner. The refund processing depends on your billing cycle with the credit card company. Once the refund instructions leave our office, it can take from 15-45 working days for the refunds to arrive in your account (It depends on Onepay.vn & your Credit Card issue bank). Please notice that the refunds will be made in the form of a credit to your card account. You will receive 100% of refund amount!
